Lakeway Link appoints Per Zandrén as new CEO

The Board of Directors of Lakeway Link has appointed Per Zandrén as the company’s new CEO. He will take up his position on 4 November 2025, succeeding Göran Söderdahl, who will return to his role as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

“I look forward to working with the team to take Lakeway Link into its next phase. We will build on what already works well: reliable departures, close customer relationships and a clear shift from road to sea. With the support of our owners, I want to continue to strengthen our offering on the Gdynia–Södertälje route and create tangible customer benefits with a lower carbon footprint,” says Per Zandrén.

Per comes most recently from Aditro Logistics (part of the Posti Group), where he was CEO and a member of the Posti Group’s management team. Prior to that, he was acting CEO and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In total, he has over 15 years of experience in leadership and logistics from senior roles at Transdev and DHL, among others.

“The board welcomes Per as the new CEO. His experience and profile are a perfect fit for the task of accelerating Lakeway Link’s development. The board would also like to express its warm thanks to Göran Söderdahl for his important contribution in establishing the business,” says Johan Mattsson, Chairman of the Board of Lakeway Link.

Under Göran Söderdahl’s leadership, Lakeway Link has consolidated the establishment of its RoRo line between Gdynia and Södertälje. The change of leadership will be carried out in a controlled manner with a handover period to ensure continuity in customer delivery and the company’s commercial work.
