To support the expanded schedule, Lakeway Link is adding a new vessel, M/S Mistral, to its fleet. A sister ship to the existing M/S Lakeway Express, M/S Mistral will commence operations under a time charter agreement in early November. The addition enables daily departures, Monday through Friday, in both directions between Södertälje and Gdynia.
“With the introduction of daily departures, we can offer our customers greater flexibility and more cargo capacity. This expansion also aligns with our efforts to meet the evolving needs of the market and support the shift from road to sea transport,” says Göran Söderdahl, CEO of Lakeway Link.
